Payment And Delivery

Return/exchange policy

You can return any unused product within 7 days from the time you receive your order. The customer is responsible for shipping cost unless the product is defective or if an error occurred during your order. Only unused products are eligible for a full in-store credit, if the product has been opened, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to your in-store credit. To return a product, you must request a RMA# with our customer service. No returns will be accepted without a RMA#. Please note we will check serial # on all items.

1- The Moog Audio store accepts the following modes of payment:

- Visa
- Mastercard
- Paypal
- Interact

2- Taxes and shipping fees are not included in the prices appearing on the site. Make sure you provide us with your address, contact information and verify that the information provided is exact and that you selected the good currency in order to have the price which is appropriate for your situation.

3- When the order is placed, the payment will be perceived immediately for the goods we will have in stock.

4- The goods will be delivered only when the Moog Audio Store receives the complete payment for these goods, including the taxes and the shipping and handling fees.

5- If we do not have the totality or a part of your order in inventory, we will deliver the products immediately as soon as they are available. If however we had no possibility to fill your order or a part of this one, the remaining goods not delivered of your order will be cancelled and refunded consequently.


Warranties and returns.

1- It is understood that the warranties on the bought products are the only responsibility of the manufacturers of that known product. The Moog Audio Store will act by way of intermediary between the manufacturer and the customer when possible.

2- You must inspect the goods delivered and immediately warn the shipping company of any damage.

3- No returns allowed on software, in-ear headphones and turntable needles.

4- In the case that some goods would be defective, immediately warn the service department of the Moog Audio store, which will indicate the step you will need to follow.

5- Shipping charges for the defective goods owe beings assumed by the customer for sending and returning the goods from its residence to the Moog Audio store or from its residence to the manufacturer.
