Description

The silver Atom RAID 2TB USB 3.1 Type-C External SSD from Glyph Technologies provides two 1TB SSDs that quickly provide a total capacity of 2TB for your Mac and Windows systems. The SSDs feature a slim M.2 form factor and are configured in a RAID 0 array that enhances the delivery of data up to 800 MB/s. To support the increased performance, Glyph has outfitted the Atom RAID with a USB 3.1 Type-C port that transfers data at speeds up to 10 Gb/s and sports a small and reversible design.

The Atom RAID is preformatted for HFS+ with Journaling and compatible with Time Machine, letting it work right out of the box with a Mac. Reformatting is required for use with a Windows system. With a lightweight and rugged design, the Atom RAID is well suited for the rigors of daily travel. For compatibility with a wide range of USB products, Glyph includes a cable for directly connecting the Atom RAID to USB Type-C and Thunderbolt 3 systems along with a second cable that creates a connection with computers having a standard USB Type-A port.
