Moog Audio™ accepts the following on-line modes of payment: PayPal - MasterCard - Visa - American Express For Prepaid Credit cards, your card must be registered. Registration involves linking your name and billing address to the prepaid card. Though you generally are not required to register a gift card in order to use it in person in stores or restaurants, the process is fairly important if you intend to use the gift card online. To protect you and make it harder to use a stolen credit card online, our website use a procedure called Address Verification System (AVS) to ensure the card number being used for payment matches the billing address on file with the bank. Since the Visa gift card number is entered into the same field used for a Visa credit card, the website will look for an AVS match. Registering the card allows you to update the name and address linked to the card. To protect you from a fraudulent use, Moog Audio will not ship orders paid by unregistered prepaid credit cards. Taxes and shipping fees are not included in item price, but will be displayed at checkout. Best price guaranteed! Should you find a lower advertised price for a new item in Canada within 30 days of a purchase, we will match said price and give you an additional 15% off the difference in price. Shipping & Tracking
All purchases over 200$ delivered in Canada qualify for a free shipping allowance. For most orders this allowance will cover the entire shipping fees for the regular service. If there are additional shipping costs, you will only pay the difference between our shipping allowance and the actual cost. Any additional costs will be displayed on the checkout page. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking notice so that you can follow your package. Please take note that all shipping addresses will be verified and must be on record with your credit card company. If you wish to have the order shipped to a different address, please call your financial institution prior to putting the order through.
Returns & Refunds
Products bought online may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase/shipping date provided they are in original condition and are complete with all the original accessories and packaging. Financed products, special orders, and products exchanged or returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking charge. Products with missing accessories or packaging, as well as products no longer in original condition, can still be exchanged or returned so long as replacement costs and/or product devaluation are taken into consideration. If your purchase included a free shipping allowance, that amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded. Shipping insurance is non-refundable.
