Moog Audio™ accepts the following methods of payment:
Taxes and shipping fees are not included, but will be displayed at checkout.
Best price always guaranteed! Should you find a lower advertised price for new merchandise in Canada within
30 days of a purchase, we will match said price and give you an additional 15% off the difference in price.
Coupon codes are not applicable on liquidation items, items already on sale, or price-matched items.
Shipping & Tracking
Moog Audio™ is proudly Canadian.
In order to better serve every client, all orders ship using Canada Post. This means no matter where you are in
Canada, shipping will always be affordable, fast, and with a tracking number. Expedited Shipping is our
standard method. Upgraded shipping is also available as per the checkout options.
Moog Audio™ will cover shipping costs on most orders over 99$ within Canada. In the event an order exceeds
our shipping allowance, a part of the shipping cost will be shared by the client. These could include:
- Orders exceeding volumetric-weight relative to the shipping cost may be subject to a shipping fee.
- Orders shipping to non-metropolitan areas of Canada may be subject to a shipping fee.
- Orders including a promotion, liquidation or coupon code may be subject to a shipping fee.
All orders containing an item over 65 lbs (in volumetric weight) will be handled using an alternative shipping

Moog Audio™ can ship to the United States, Europe, and Australia.
Orders within the US ship using Canada Post / USPS.
Orders within Europe and Australia will ship with your country's national shipping service.
All shipping information will be verified and must be registered with the company providing your
method of payment. Please ensure you provide us with the correct address and contact information,
and verify that the information provided is exact.
Inaccurate information will result in delays from both processing an order and manually verifying an address.
Orders should normally be processed within 24h of being placed on our website. In-stock orders, normally ship
within a business day.
Complete payment must be made for all deliveries with Moog Audio™, including taxes and shipping fees.
If we do not have your order presently in inventory, we will send your shipment as soon as it is available. If
there was no possibility in filling your order, however, the remaining undelivered goods may be cancelled and
As soon as Canada Post processes your order, your tracking number will be automatically sent to the email
registered with your Moog Audio™ account.
An Order which has not been sent out may always be refunded; except in the case of a Special Order**.

- Rare Items
- Road Cases
- Specific Parts
- Custom Built Items
- Custom-Spec Items
- Build-to-order Items
- Limited Release Items
Returns & Warranty
You must inspect the goods at the time of delivery. In the event you suspect damage may have occurred during shipping, please document the situation by means of photograph, so as to be used as evidence by all parties concerned. You may send the details of the event, including all relevant pictures to our Internet Support (see Below).
You can return any unopened product within 7 days from the time you receive your order (as per the tracking information).
Clients are responsible for the return shipment & its costs, unless the product is defective or if an error occurred during your order.
Only unused products are eligible for full, in-store credit. If the product has been opened, there will be a minimum 15% restocking fee applied to your in-store credit.
Please note, returns will not be accepted for the following items
- Items with registered software
- Computer Software
- Special Orders**
- In-Ear Monitors
- Speakers and Studio Monitors
- Cartridges and Needles
- Instrument Mouthpieces
- Oversized or Overweight Items
Shipping charges for sending and returning defective goods, will be reimbursed by Moog Audio™.
No returns will be accepted without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. To return a product, you must request an RMA# with our Support Team.
Return Merchandise Authorization:
We strongly recommend shipping any and all returns with a tracking number. Moog Audio™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note we check the serial numbers on all items.
Warranties on purchased products are the responsibility of their manufacturer. Moog Audio™ will act as intermediary between the manufacturer and clients when possible.
